Providing safety and security to the Magnolia city community.

Duties include:

  • Answer emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
  • Gather and document detailed information from callers.
  • Dispatch police, fire, or medical units as required.
  • Monitor and update the status of field units.
  • Provide instructions and support to callers until help arrives.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications.
  • Coordinate with other agencies when additional assistance is needed.
  • Operate communication systems and computer-aided dispatch software.
