Magnolia City Police Department
Providing safety and security to the Magnolia city community.
Duties include:
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
- Gather and document detailed information from callers.
- Dispatch police, fire, or medical units as required.
- Monitor and update the status of field units.
- Provide instructions and support to callers until help arrives.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications.
- Coordinate with other agencies when additional assistance is needed.
- Operate communication systems and computer-aided dispatch software.
