Events Staff assist in planning, setting up, and executing events throughout Magnolia City, helping create fun, engaging experiences for residents and visitors while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

The Events Staff is responsible for:

  • Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with preparing venues, placing decor, props, signage, and resetting areas after events conclude.

  • Guest Assistance: Welcome attendees, provide directions or information, and ensure a friendly, inclusive atmosphere.

  • Support Event Hosts: Work alongside event planners, DJs, and performers to help manage schedules, announcements, and transitions.

  • Monitor Activities: Help oversee games, contests, or attractions to ensure smooth operation and fair play.

  • Promotions: Assist with promoting upcoming events through notices, social media, and word-of-mouth within the community.
