Starr was born on a chilly November morning at 5:55 AM to Alexander and Kelsea Donnelly weight 7 lbs, 7 oz and measuring 18 inches long. She had an average childhood with no major incidents. She graduated from Bayside High School in Palm Bay with honors, with extra credits and a semester of college already completed in May 2013. She got the pick of colleges and she decided to do a double major program at FSU. She attended Florida State University with a Florida Bright Futures scholarship for academics and theater beginning in Fall 2013. She achieved her Juris Doctor in Six Years in the expedited program. She achieved her MD in 2023, also from FSU. She had her daughter Harper in August 2024. She got married to Jazon Beck on December 7, 2024. She separated from Jazon on March 13, 2025.
